I used to worry about not having enough time to do the things that I wanted to do. Ever been there. Losing Time: The Insidious Nature of Dissociative Amnesia Sometimes I would day dream and be surprised at how much time I had lost in thought.
Being in thought can be a good thing. Can be a moment of where you apply your Creative thinking skills. Have ideas come to as you day dreamed randomly?
I know when I have had a good night sleep the answer comes to me in the morning. I suppose that when we are not distracted we find the answer? Do you als find that to be the case?
