Gets the better of us most of the time, don’t you think? Comes at you when you least expect it to make you want to shit your pants, piss yourself and throw up as if you have been on the worst ride on a ship in storm?
Is that it then, is that the description that just about says what it is you?

Most of the time what we are afraid of hasn’t happened yet, has it? so how you going to deal with the reality of being afraid of what’s inside of your head?
