How do you meditate?

How do you meditate?



I start off with thinking about the sensations in my feet. Then I notice what other sensations are in my body. I try to be aware of the thoughts that are being suggested to me and just notice them.... Notice the reaction my body has to these thoughts. 

To stop them becoming negative feelings, I don't accept the judgements, criticisms or even analyse them. Just accept them as thoughts and I am happy with the outcome.
